Stellar Migrator for MS Exchange

This powerful utility is capable of exporting the Exchange Server mailboxes to PST format and save them at a user defined location on the local system. This converted PST file accurately stores complete user mailbox data along with all the mailbox items, such as emails, appointments, journals, Sent Items, attachments, folders, tasks, notes, calendars, etc., which can be imported to MS Outlook directly.

This Exchange migrator tool efficiently exports all the selected mailboxes from one (Donor) Exchange Server to another (Recipient) Exchange server. To initiate such migration process, it is necessary to create an Impersonate User on the Donor Exchange along with an Impersonate Profile of Donor and an Administrator Profile of Recipient Exchange configured on a local machine as well as Donor Exchange server.

Stellar Migrator for MS Exchange facilitates the selective mailbox migrations option, where you can choose specific mailboxes to export into recipient Exchange server. This option is for those users who don't want to Export the complete storage group. Choose the required mailboxes you want to Export using the checkboxes from the provided list and Export to the recipient Exchange server.

The software allows saving the listed mails individually in multiple given formats at any desired location. You can select the mails from the list and save in MSG, EML, HTML, RTF, PDF formats by a right-click on the targeted mail. The output file after save will strictly follow the original format without any content modifications.

The software flawlessly scans all the mailbox items from a selected Exchange Server database, list in a tree structured format and previews the content of each individual mailbox item. In the main interface of the software, left pane window shows the connected and disconnected mailboxes and all the available folders, which can be selected to preview the data.

The tool is capable of mapping the mailboxes with the respective mail IDs. During the migration process, all the mailboxes of Donor Exchange will be listed on the main windows along with their respective mail IDs. You can preview these listed mailboxes & mail IDs and map them accurately either by their name or mail IDs. This process can also be done manually.

Stellar Migrator for MS Exchange allows you to save the Log Report so that you can analyze the migration process at a later stage. This report help you to check out all the steps you have taken to migrate one Exchange mailbox to other.
